Bronco woman

So its decided. Joe's gonna give his buddy an offer on the bronco. It will soon be ours. My daily driver.

Its interesting my whole life I've wanted a bronco or a jeep. When my sixteenth birthday rolled around my father picked a civic for me. Mostly cause it was cheap and reliable. I was greatful of course, but in the back of my mind I always wondered why they didn't give me a sixteenth birthday gift that I wanted. Like my birthday wasn't even mine. My life was lived according to what they wanted. Now that I'm married and finally truly happy, its interesting that Joe picks something like this for me. Like he's fulfilling every bit that was missing. Even the petty wants and desires. I know that sounds rediculous, but while you are sitting back in your little sedan (being a square) wondering what life could hold for you outside the box....i'm driving OVER you and laughing.



The engine has been completely rebuilt. It has something like 30 thousand miles on it. And its a beast. I have to jump up to get in it. Like actually mounting a horse.
So, I'm a bronco woman.
