A look back on November
November was interesting.
It involved our 6 month wedding anniversary,
My birthday,
And Thanksgiving all in one.
Did anything really exciting happen? Well, we didn't do much of anything on our anniversary because we are poor.
For my birthday Joe's parents and grandparents took us out to dinner and had cake.
And thanksgiving was spent in Colorado with Joe's other set of adorable grandparents.
I got a Job. It sucks, but we need me to work. Joe's getting worried about his job situation. He graduated in about a week, and doesn't have anything lined up, besides his current job which doesn't utilize a mechanical engineering degree at all. He's gotten some rejection letters, and is feeling a little down. Which makes me down. And anyone who knows me, knows I change my image when I am down. I guess in an attempt to run from the problem. Or perhaps maybe the problems wont recognize me...
Two changes:
Ditched the lip ring after a couple of days of drooling and talking with a lisp.
Then a miraculous hair cut:
Problems will never find me.

I like the new doo, it suits you! Problems will always find you (and work will always be one of them), but solutions find you, too, and usually in the most unpredictable and unexpected ways!
And yes, I still check this place for updates occassionally :-)
